It was a totally fun night on Thursday, April 16th as the Peabody Essex Museum hosted Strike a Pose: Art and the ’80s. Glam Makeovers were provided by Salem’s Rouge Cosmetics, there was a photo booth, a Graffiti Wall, an excellent display of breakdancing and a great selection of 80s classics spun by Boston-based DJ Amphibious (on vinyl to boot!).
I had a few errands to run in Downtown Boston today, so I thought I would take my camera along and capture a few pics here and there since the snow is all but gone. Yes, we can walk around on sidewalks again. 🙂
The second photo was one I took as I was walking by. My camera was down pointed away from me as I walked down the street. The image has stuck with me more than any of the other ones I have edited and uploaded in this blog post.
